A major rig contractor has decided to expand the use of id3 solution, kwantis software for drilling optimization, to its entire fleet, through the usage of docker containers and an IoT edge infrastructure. id3 has been entirely dockerized and then deployed on a Kubernetes cluster. The solution provides the deployment of components onboard the rigs and others in the Headquarter. id3 suite provides powerful reporting and analytics applications for rigs’ performance management
