Mission
The recent focus on decommissioning led to consider related costs and technologies from the early conceptual phases of the asset.
Leveraging on our contribution to a university research program on the benefits of early consideration of decommissioning costs, we provide support in business planning and investment evaluation of large infrastructure and industrial projects, integrating decommissioning strategies. A probabilistic approach guarantees an accurate vision on risks and uncertainties and can provide a significant cost reduction at the end of the asset lifecycle.
The research program was held by Politecnico of Milan, and the results drew interest from the IPMA (International Project Management Association), which published a detailed article in its Journal.
