Cristina Occhiena

Cristina, having more than 10 years of experience in Project Management, has been widely involved in the review of the existing processes and workflows of customers’ international companies, with the goal of improving and increasing efficiency and productivity, promoting automation and digitalization of standard processes with the prevention of unnecessary steps. She holds a MSC in Building Engineering and a PhD in Water and Territory Management Engineering. She also worked as a Researcher in Geotechnical Engineering and she is Scrum Master Certified.
