Risk Analysis @ Cairo Metro Line 3

kwantis performed a risk analysis in Cairo (Egypt) to evaluate threats and opportunities on schedule, cost and quality of the project Metro Line 3 – Phase 4A, with particular attention to the excavation process of Slurry TBM. The risk evaluation allowed the management team of Vinci, Bouygues and Orascom to have a better understanding and then monitoring of all the uncertainties on the project.
