kwantis attended the 10th IRIS Network Congress in Naples (Italy), and has presented , together with Fondazione lettera27, the Balanced Scorecard specifically designed for non-profit organizations. This performance analysis tool has been tested on 4 no-profit organizations with valuable results. The paper is available on IRIS Network website, and, at the end of the year, this performance analysis tool will be available on lettera27 website, registered in Creative Commons.
