Kwantis recently completed a mid-term review of the five-year strategy implementation for a Division of an Agency of the United Nations. The Division is involved in the diffusion of green technologies through the creation of a network aimed at accelerating the adoption and deployment of green solutions.
The project was focused on researching and writing a strategic review of the customer’s performances in the last years and providing recommendations for the next future.
In pursuing these objective a detailed desk review of the documentation regarding the planned objectives and the strategic taken actions, was completed by consultations, meetings, interviews, an online survey and the application of multiple techniques for the analysis of the collected data.
