Kwantis is supporting an international EPC contractor in its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process based on the ISO 9001:2015 and the ISO 31000:2009.

The process provides the identification, evaluation and monitoring of risks and opportunities on a yearly basis, in order to ensure that ERM process is integral from the strategic planning to the day-to-day operations.

The overall methodology results in improved product quality, increased customer satisfaction and overall sustainability of the business.
