The role
Work where the users of id3, our software suite for drilling, meet the people who build it. You will partner with our developers, consultants, clients and the Product Manager to improve and extend the software.
What you will do
- Support the development of new products and features in id3.
- Manage the launch of new products and features.
- Research the market and analyse industry trends.
- Analyse and document the product.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, and resolve customer issues.
- Work closely with the development team and the Product Manager.
