The opportunity
We are currently looking for a product specialist to join our team involved in developing our flagship product id3 (https://id3.kwantis.com/). You will actively partner with our developers, consultants, and clients to improve and extend the software.
Your primary responsibilities
- Support the development of new products/features inside ID3 environment
- Manage the launch of new products/features
- Conduct market research and analyzing industry trends
- Analyze and document the product
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with the development team and Product Manager
