Kwantis is developing for a Major Oil&Gas operator a new revision of a decision model able to assess human error probabilities based on HEART Human Risk Assessment technique. Object of the assessment are several human tasks related to drilling, completion and well intervention operations, and results of human errors probabilities will be used inside a Fault Tree Analysis approach for the evaluation of well blowout probability.
